Resale Property Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Handling**:

- Assist clients in buying and selling resale properties, ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research and Listings**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential resale properties for clients.
- Maintain and update a portfolio of available properties and ensure their details are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up on inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide necessary information to prospective clients.
- **Property Promotion**:

- Market and promote resale properties through online portals, social media, and other marketing platforms.
- Arrange property site visits and explain the features, pricing, and other details to clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate offers and terms with clients to secure favorable deals for both parties.
- Prepare and manage necessary paperwork related to property sales, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with real estate brokers, developers, and legal teams to facilitate property transactions.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and documentation as required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in resale property sales or related real estate roles.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in real estate sales will be an advantage.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [local language] and English.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- A valid driver's license (if applicable).
