- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer insights, preferences, and market dynamics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and property types.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in [languages required for your market, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
