Client Service Executive

We’re a growing Digital Agency looking for a highly dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Client Service Executive to join our team. Must have experience working in digital marketing OR web design/development agency.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Be the primary point of contact for clients
- Understanding the client's requirements for the project
- Clearly communicating the client's requirements to the technical team
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project requirements, scope, and deliverables are understood and deadlines are met on time with consistency and accuracy.
- Regularly communicate with clients and provide best-in-class service to meet their needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Overseeing the client's account from a delivery perspective
- Act as a liaison between client and technical team
- Update clients on the ongoing work and take feedbacks from time to time
- Flexible time management

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 1 year experience in digital marketing, OR web design/development agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding experience is required)
- Good knowledge of social media
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Takes initiative to improve processes and try new things
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision within the team
- A technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools, processes quickly

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
