**Join Our Team as a **Field Operations Executive **(PEB Industry) - Explore New Sites & Build Client Relations**

We are expanding and looking for **4-5 driven and resourceful Field Executives** to join our team in the **Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry**. This is a great opportunity for individuals who love being on the road, exploring new industrial areas, and establishing meaningful client connections.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Exploration & Identification**:

- Travel to various **industrial areas** to scout for new construction sites.
- Identify potential projects in the **PEB** or **steel fabrication** sectors.
- Gather relevant data on upcoming developments, infrastructure growth, and construction needs.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Meet potential clients (developers, contractors, project managers) to understand their project requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new sites.
- Present the company’s PEB solutions and offerings to prospective clients.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Conduct thorough on-ground market research, keeping track of emerging trends in the PEB industry.
- Provide detailed reports on new projects, customer feedback, and opportunities for company growth.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with on-field insights and lead generation.
- **Coordination & Follow-ups**:

- Liaise with the internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between on-site needs and internal project management.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients for project updates and service inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- **Bike**: Must own a bike (Mandatory for easy travel to industrial areas)
- **Experience**: Prior experience in the **PEB**, **steel fabrication**, or construction sectors is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with regular travel and working on-site in industrial areas.

**Location**:

- **Base Location**: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
- **Travel**: Frequent travel to nearby industrial hubs and new project sites.
