**Hiring: Sales & Marketing Field Executive (PEB)**
**Location**: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Engage with potential clients, particularly in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, to introduce them to our PEB solutions.
- Conduct site visits, deliver product presentations, and understand client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Lead Generation & Market Research**:

- Identify prospective clients and projects through various channels, including field research, industry events, and networking.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor offerings, and demand patterns within the PEB sector.
- **Fieldwork & On-Site Coordination**:

- Handle end-to-end fieldwork related to client interactions, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production) to ensure that client requirements are accurately communicated and met.
- **Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor progress, analyze results, and optimize outreach strategies.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Provide detailed reports to management on sales activities, market insights, and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and project details.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing, ideally within the PEB, steel fabrication, or construction industry.
- **Technical Understanding**: Basic knowledge of PEB structures and steel fabrication will be advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and represent the company professionally.
- **Mobility**: Must have a personal bike for field travel.
- **Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented**: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and focus on target achievement.
