**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee and manage our PEB project sites. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and within quality standards. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with on-site teams, managing resources, and reporting progress to ensure smooth project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site activities and ensure project tasks are completed as per schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with various teams, including labor, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent delays or shortages
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and compliance with building standards
- Resolve on-site issues, manage workforce, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager
- Document daily progress and report on project milestones
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in site supervision, preferably in the PEB or steel structure industry
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of PEB construction processes, material management, and site supervision practices
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify on-site issues and provide quick, efficient solutions
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
- **Other**: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
