Executive Assistant

**Office Administration**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**
- Handle sensitive and extensive documentation; ensure the confidentiality of records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
**Internal Coordination**
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and employees/clients.
- Liaise with internal teams and upper management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Accounting and Bookkeeping**
- Manage basic accounting tasks on Excel, including bookkeeping.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Keep track of invoices, payments, and other financial records.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
