We are looking to build a young professional and dynamic team to join us in an exciting journey to help bridge India's skill gap. As we are entering the booming FinTech space we have targeted to grow rapidly and achieve transactions worth Rs. 100 crores in our first 24 months.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As a part of the SkillEnables **Corporate Relations team**, lead the corporate outreach initiative in a territory/city.
- Identify, grow, and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates.
- **Develop and execute a corporate relations strategy to establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships
- Sourcing opportunities for learners suitable to their profile and course exit roles.
- **Build a stronger relationship with hiring partners.**:

- Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to create programs such as - scholarships-, - hackathons
- that open new distribution channels for SkillEnable.
- Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements, and mapping students and graduates to these requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students.
- Build success stories for SkillEnable through its graduates.
- **Providing end-to-end placement services from resume preparation to LinkedIn profile creation**:

- **Mock interviews tailored to the needs of the company.**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- **Proven track record in corporate relations, preferably in the edtech industry**:

- Comfortable building relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development, and training in large corporates & enterprises.
- Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners.
- Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Should be a go-getter; great execution makes good ideas successful
- Should be passionate about the ed-tech / education sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
