**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions using **QuickBooks, Tally, and other accounting software**.
- Oversee **inward and outward inventory movement**, ensuring accurate records.
- Follow up on **outstanding collections** and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing **financial reports, statements, and reconciliations**.
- Ensure compliance with **accounting standards and company policies**.
- Work closely with vendors and clients for payments and invoice processing.
- Support senior finance team members in audits and financial analysis.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in finance and accounting.
- **Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, and other relevant financial software**.
- Strong understanding of **inventory management** and financial documentation.
- Good communication skills for handling collections and vendor coordination.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **handling accounts receivables/payables**.
- Knowledge of **GST, tax filing, and other financial regulations**.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,328.21 - ₹20,000.00 per month
