Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive

Reports to: MD

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support business decisions.

4. Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

6. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.

7. Taxation: Manage tax compliance, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.

8. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.

9. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity.

10. Team Support: Assist colleagues with financial queries and provide training as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and laws
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- Certification in financial planning (CFP)

Work Hours:

- Standard working hours (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
