Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Planning and Execution: Defining** project scope, creating detailed timelines, and establishing project execution plans.
- **Resource Management**:Securing and optimizing resources (personnel, materials, equipment), managing budgets, and ensuring efficient workflows.
- **Team Leadership**:Assembling and leading project teams, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.
- **Risk Management**:Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal personnel to ensure alignment and address issues promptly.
- **Financial Management**:Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial performance.
- **Schedule Management**:Developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- **Technical Expertise**:Providing technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensuring that all project activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.

Specific tasks might include:

- Coordinating with onsite contractors and operations during construction.
- Conducting pre-startup safety reviews and managing change processes.
- Overseeing the development of project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Monitoring engineering, procurement, and construction progress.
- Reviewing cost control forecasts.
- Gathering information firsthand at project sites and meeting with clients.
- Negotiating changes to project scope or specification with the client.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables and services.
- Leading project meetings and communicating project status to stakeholders.
- Working with maintenance and operations during the commissioning and start-up phase.
- Closing out projects and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
