**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising concepts and displays
- Create window displays, floor plans, and merchandise presentations that are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines
- Select and arrange merchandise to maximize visual impact and drive customer interest
- Maintain visual standards and ensure displays are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Assist with store renovations and remodels as needed
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Passion for retail and a strong customer focus
