Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Contact prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers (founders, CTOs, managers).
3. Product & Service Pitching
- Present and explain custom software and mobile app development services effectively.
- Customize pitches based on the client’s industry, size, and business goals.
4. Requirement Understanding & Coordination
- Gather initial project requirements from clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation, demos, and proposal creation.
5. Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms with clients to close deals.
6. Sales Closure & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
7. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and progress using our CRM.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the manager.
8. Post-Sales Handoff & Client Onboarding
- Handover closed projects smoothly to the project team.
- Ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding phase.
9. Up-Selling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services like maintenance, SEO, cloud hosting, etc
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services (custom software, web, mobile apps, etc.)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
