**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bathroom fittings segment.
- Visit dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to generate sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations to customers.
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/MBA in Marketing).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in bathroom fittings or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of sanitaryware, CP fittings, or plumbing hardware.
- Existing network with builders, dealers, or interior designers is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
