**About Niro**:
Niro is an embedded consumer lending Fintech solution. **Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Communication: Create and manage a strong reputation with partners by demonstrating consistent and clear communication
- Project Management: Manage strategic and growth initiatives with partners.
- Ops: Setting up and managing meetings with various stakeholders like product, tech, data, marketing, finance etc.
- Goals - Drive business targets with the partners.
**Core Requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Any previous experience with fintech and finance domains (fintech aggregators etc.) preferred, but not must.
- Strong knowledge of working with analytics tools MS Office, Excel and Google sheets.
- A keen interest in working in a startup and growing with it.
- An ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
