**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Will be responsible for the Functional Test Case / Plan preparation in coordination with leads / Managers / customers
- Participate in implementing of continuous integration/continuous Troubleshoot the system and solve problems.
- Git/Gerrit knowledge will be a +

**Skills Required**:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Functional testing
- Sound knowledge of test frameworks, test strategy, test planning, estimation, test cases
- Deep understanding of testing lifecycle & defect lifecycle
- Should be having expertise in any renowned automated testing tools (like Selenium etc)
- Very good knowledge in Insurance space, specifically in P & C
- Exposure to Agile frameworks (scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues discussing with the customers
- Prioritization, and time management

**Primary Skills**:

- P & C Domain knowledge, BDD/TDD, Automation tools like Selenium etc.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills, Cucumber is big+
