**Job Title**: Store Executive
**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate (bachelor’s degree preferred).
**Location**: Wagholi, Pune

**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained. Track inventory

movement, restock products, and handle inventory audits.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving.
- complaints, and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Product Display: Ensure that products are neatly displayed in accordance with the store's standards. Keep the store clean and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales Assistance: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and suggesting

additional items to customers. Support the team in executing promotional campaigns.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash register and perform transactions accurately. Process

payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash balance.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store as per the operational

requirements. Monitor store activities and report any discrepancies.
- Stock Replenishment: Work closely with the stock team to ensure shelves are replenished regularly. Maintain product knowledge to efficiently assist customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the store team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work closely with the Store Manager to address operational needs.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, and report any damaged or expired items. Provide timely feedback to management on store performance.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure store policies, safety protocols, and health regulations are followed consistently.

**Skills**:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact

effectively with customers and the store team.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in stock levels, customer transactions, and product displays.
- Customer Focused: A passion for customer service with the ability to resolve issues and handle inquiries professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
