As a Sales Calling Executive in the insurance domain, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our insurance products, and securing new business. Your role will involve effectively communicating the features and benefits of our insurance offerings, addressing customer queries, and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating leads and closing sales in the insurance domain.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, identify their insurance needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of insurance products clearly and concisely to potential customers.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding insurance plans, policies, and premiums.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and other related matters.
- Follow established sales scripts and processes to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach while delivering persuasive sales pitches and overcoming objections.
- Record and update customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide effective sales recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Graduates and undergraduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven individuals with a passion for sales.
- Prior experience in outbound sales calling or the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.**We Offer**:
