Hi,

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Mahape/ Vashi

**Job Role**:

- Documents financial transactions by entering account information in multiple ERP systems.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounting information.
- Assisting with accounts receivables, accounts payables.
- Various A/R and A/P functionalities including data entry, posting verification, and maintaining accurate records, and other general accounting responsibilities.
- Inbound & Outbound calls to clients for a day to day follow up. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing accounting information and trends.
- Creating payroll on a weekly basis.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification - Graduate.
- Minimum Experience - 1-3 Years
- Required US Process Experience - Added advantage

**Required Skills**:

- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Capacity to multitask.
- Good Data Management skill.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- US GAAP: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
