**Job Purpose**

To Own & lead the Contract Management of MSAs signed between Idea as a Tenant and other IP Companies in order to ensure that Uniform process been followed across circles for billing verification and standardize better verification tools within MSA terms.

To develop & Operate a system for data base of sites shared by Idea and handling all VIL’s payable invoices in a better efficient and transparent manner across all Idea circles and other IP companies.

Co-ordinate, Manage, Collate data on IP invoices and payables and reduce cell site OPEX. In addition co-ordinate with Indus Tower, ATC, BIL and other Infrastructure Service Provider companies for all Infra contract obligations.

Co-ordinate, Manage, Collate data on Infra Operation & Maintenance (O & M) for all circles including Indus managed circles, in order to improve the O & M efficiency in all circles maintain high uptime of Infrastructure, and reduce cell site OPEX. Create and operate and Fixed Energy Modules / Pass through energy models with all IP’s to control the OPEX.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- To Own & lead the Contract Management of MSAs signed between VIL as a Tenant and other IP Companies in order to ensure that Uniform process been followed across circles for billing verification and standardize better verification tools within MSA terms.
- To develop & Operate a system for data base of sites shared by Idea and handling all Idea’s payable invoices in a better efficient and transparent manner across all Idea circles and other IP companies
- Static Data Base, Guest sites data and Invoices regularisation.
- Zero Revenue leakage in validation process or control the Excess payout in IP Fees.
- Pre-Post merger Tenancy Exit, Swtich off and Equipment removal site list MIS preparation and leading the project from corporate.
- Set up a validation process to Circle IP Fee validators group and monitor payables as per services from IP companies.
- In-depth knowledge about IP order management/Billing portal to monitor the billing parameters and Equipment configuration.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- MSA administration & Telecom passive infra Contract expertise,
- Electrical/Civil/Mechanical and Telecom Cell site Design engineering,
- Certified Six Sigma Expertise.
- Efficient Energy management / Green site implementation and Execution.
- Team Management and Circle coordination with respect to all IP related queries.
- Expertise in IP Rental Fee and Energy management.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Uniform transaction processes
- MSA and Contract Administration
- Cost efficiency Initiatives
- Establishment of Corporate MIS and Infra Sharing guidelines.
- IP Fees validation as per Post merger scenarios.
