Role Program Manager Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM Function / Department Enterprise/Connectivity, Business Communication and Solution Sales Location Birla Centurion, Mumbai Reports to EVP - Connectivity, Biz Comm and Solution Sales Job Purpose To enable and manage oversight of all Line of Business (Lo B) programs and initiatives. Drive a combination of strategic and operational programs that are necessary for the Line of Business growth and performance management. The role ensures oversight on all aspects of program governance, dashboard creation and maintenance, and administrative functions for the Lo B. Embrace an agile operating model and operate with an execution mindset and structured cadence within and across functions. This critical role will ensure the smooth operation of our roadmap and programs by establishing and enforcing governance frameworks, developing insightful dashboards to track progress and performance, and managing essential administrative tasks. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Program Governance · Develop, implement, and maintain program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all identified programs & initiatives. · Establish and manage reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking. · Facilitate program governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items. · Manage and maintain program documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. Dashboards and Reportin g· Design, develop, and maintain Lo B dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), progress against goals, and potential risks .· Collaborate with Lo B and cross functional leads / stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions .· Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to program leadership and stakeholders on Lo B performance and initiatives, status, risks, and issues . Administrative Tas ks· Manage program-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistic s.· Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for program team member s.· Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting as neede d.· Assist with the creation of presentations, reports for internal consumption and Vi stake holder s. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experien ce· 8 to 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years should in a position managing cross functional tea ms· Systems and process orientati on· Problem solving skills, out of box thinking and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationshi ps· Strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel ).· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detai l.· Strong written and verbal communication skill s.· Ability to work independently and as part of a tea m.· Proficiency in Office productivity tools (Google workspace / Microsoft Office) with command in Excel and Power Poi nt· Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) is a pl us· Good blend of Business acumen and technolo gy· Strong Program Management practices and digital journe ys Must have technical/ professional qualificatio ns· Management graduate / post gradua te· Program Management Certificatio ns Key Performance Indicato rs· On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of program deliverables or milestones completed by the planned due dat e.· Stakeholder Satisfaction: The level of satisfaction among key stakeholders with the program's progress, communication, and outcome s.· Value Delivered: The perceived value or impact the program has generated for the organization - Qualitative and/or/Quantitativ e.
