**Role Description**

We’re looking for a motivated **Telecaller** to join our B2C calling team.

Your primary goal will be to engage with **warm residential leads**, educate them about solar options, and schedule appointments for our partner solar companies.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct lead qualification, schedule appointments, and manage call scripts
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet daily call targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and telecommunication tools
- Self-motivation and time management to excel in a remote environment
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call warm leads who have already shown interest in solar solutions
- Book qualified appointments for partner solar businesses
- Follow up with potential customers to confirm visit schedules
- Update lead status and details accurately in CRM
- Follow the provided script and maintain professional communication

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience**:

- Fluency in **English, Hindi, Marathi**:

- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-driven with good time management (remote work setup)
- Laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet connection
