Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
This role exists within the PBWM Technology function, specifically within strategic regulatory change team. High level purpose of the role is to analyse external regulatory developments across the India, Dubai, Singapore and South African Jurisdictions and support the delivery of a detailed impact assessment to enable ongoing compliance with our regulatory change commitments.

What will you be doing?
- Support the Horizon Scanning VP to review and identify emerging regulatory change
- Put in place an effective horizon scanning model for India, Singapore, Dubai and South African jurisdictions
- Work with stakeholders from across PB COO and PB business to summarise key PBWM impact from external regulatory change outlining key areas such as architectural flows, business units impacted and system changes/ operational process changes.
- Pull all material together into a single coherence Impact Assessment pack and hand off to delivery POD.
- Input and attendance at senior governance forums such as Program Forums.
- Define and implement a vision for a Consistently Excellent E2E flow for future regulatory analysis and change

What we’re looking for:

- Strong understanding of the PBWM business areas and product offering
- Strong understanding of the technical systems supporting business processes
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and comprehend complex regulation/ legislation and be able to translate this information into clear precise requirements for the PBWM business
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders at differing levels of seniority and coordinate the PBWM response to external regulatory change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to foster and maintain good working relationships

Good understanding of the India, Singapore, Dubai or South African regulatory landscapes

- Proven track record working in a regulatory change background with specific focus on India, Singapore, Dubai and South Africa regulation.
