Introduction:
Execute delivery in-line with business expectations for NYK regulatory reporting submissions across the globe and facilitating business stakeholder effectively during ME & QE critical periods. Resource would act as an SME of the Applications

What will you be doing?
- We are looking for a resource who has an SME Proactive mindset to achieve Operational efficiency
- Resource should get aligned to the Organisational Objectives and work on the key engineering pillars, Observability (enhanced monitoring), Resilence, Service Risk Assessment and Operational Engineering
- Collaborate with BTB to build Sustainable Solutions which are aligned with Business Outcomes
- To Work on Risk & Control / Audit, Technology Resilience and other RTB initiatives
- Building strong foundations, Effective “Knowledge sharing” to make sure team adapts to the change and drive effectively
- Ensure the solutions designed/developed/deployed are fully complaint with the Barclays standards and control framework
- Ensure Awareness, involvement, and support from key Stakeholders by working as a team and maintaining Robust Communications
- To ensure all operational services are monitored and measured throughout the function in a consistent manner
- Continuous Service Improvement. Identify and implement improvements to the support model with the aim of delivering a more efficient and effective service to clients

What we’re looking for:

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Collaboration skills, Ability to work with multiple team within Business Unit
- Technical skills in Autosys, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL/MSSQL & Unix/Windows
- SME Proactive mindset to achieve Operational efficiency
