- At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 15 months, we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support our Relationship Managers in ensuring our clients' success.
- Help our Customer Success Management team in streamlining processes and identifying workflows to simplify reporting and keep track of time spent.
- Create and deliver ideas to improve the Customer Success Team's efficiency and processes so that they can scale.
- Responsible for overall client engagement and making sure that customer happiness is created for the client base.
- Coordinate with the supply side of the services that are being provided and make sure there is a persistent balance between the demand and supply.
- Compile campaign performance data and reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ensure the engagement of the client is done effectively using correct resources and R&D
- Ensuring the branding of the brand and making sure that 80% of employee wellbeing is achieved through the execution of plans.

**Job Requirement**

**What are we looking for?**:

- A College Senior or Graduate at/from an accredited institution.
- Basic understanding of a company's operations structure.
- Interested in Customer Success and how it can transform a business.
- Critical thinking skills, desire to learn, and ability to adapt. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and highly detailed oriented.
- "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
- Decent knowledge of excel formulas and basic accounting
- Passion for working for a tech startup and having good client retention strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to constant follow-throughs with clients and vendors
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Zoho CRM, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack. If you know how to use Asana, Airtable, and Intercom, that is an added advantage.
