Education Qualification : Bachelor degree

Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years

Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable
- SAP knowledge, MS Excel
- Proven experience in document control, records management, or a related field is often necessary.
- Familiarity with document management software and tools, such as Documentum, SharePoint, or other content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system
- He/She should understand and follow those specific document template systems
- Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team
- Assist the Cost control quantity surveyor as and when required.
- Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Create Purchase requisition for the projects in SAP & follow up the same till the process completion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
- Excellent communication skills to work with various departments and teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to document management challenges
