Reports To: Sales Manager / Director – Projects

1. Study and analyze government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals) related to company products.

2. Coordinate with technical and production teams to prepare tender documents and specifications.

3. Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids within deadlines.

4. Follow up on bid status, participate in price negotiations and reverse auctions.

5. Maintain documentation for pre-qualification, vendor registration, and compliance.

6. Interact with government departments, consultants, and procurement officers.

7. Ensure timely response to clarifications and corrigenda.

8. Handle post-tender documentation including contracts and purchase orders.

9. Monitor upcoming tenders and build a tender tracking system.

10. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory guidelines during the bidding process.
