Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial professional to manage and grow our Server and Storage business across Kerala and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation coupled with proven experience in sales, business development, and client management within the IT solutions space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise Server, Storage, and Networking domain.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and OEM partners such as HPE, DELL, Hitachi, Aruba, etc.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close high-value deals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasting metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development within the Server, Storage, or IT Infrastructure industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Server and Storage products, enterprise networking, and IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with solution-selling methodology and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Other: Willingness to travel as required across Kerala and Bangalore.
