**Tendering Process Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify tender opportunities**: Regularly search for and identify relevant government and private sector tenders in the manufacturing industry.
- **Tender preparation**: Review tender documents, prepare pre-qualification and technical documentation, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- **Coordination and submission**: Coordinate with various departments (sales, production, finance, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.
- **Bid pricing**: Work with the sales and finance teams to develop competitive bid pricing and prepare cost sheets.
- **Document management**: Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, including follow-up on deadlines, clarifications, and bid amendments.
- **Risk assessment**: Evaluate the risks associated with each tender and ensure all tenders submitted are commercially and technically viable.
- **Post-tender follow-up**: Monitor the progress of submitted tenders, address any queries, and manage the negotiation process if shortlisted.
- **Contract negotiation**: Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts in line with the company’s terms and conditions.
- **Market research**: Stay updated on tender trends, government regulations, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Prior experience in tender management on **GEM Portal, IREPS** and tender floating websites
- Strong understanding of tender processes, regulatory compliance, excellent communication, and analytical skills

**Office Management**:

- Ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary.
- Manage office maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Maintain and update office filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handle printing and collating work
- Negotiating with vendors
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and the company
- Coordination with site engineers and supervisors
- Maintaining records of site work and measurements
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Provide support to new recruits
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers & staff members
- Providing assistance to the accounts, HR & Managers whenever required.
- Assist with associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
- Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
- Organizing couriers

**Skills & Qualification**
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to clearly convey information
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently
- Liaising between key colleagues and clients
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
