**Job description/responsibilities**:
**A. **Research**
- Research on various amendments in Corporate and Other Laws
- Preparing and updating the relevant checklists on Corporate and other Laws

**B. **Advisory & Opinion**
- Advising Clients on Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, SEBI Regulations & other corporate laws
- Advising Clients on queries related to Other Laws applicable to the Company
- Preparing necessary replies to Client’s queries / drafting legal opinions

**C. **Compliance Reviews/Audits**
- Reviewing and auditing the compliances applicable to the Client
- Advising the Clients on remediation action
- Preparing audit reports and discussion of the same with the Management
- Follow-up of audit observations for closure
- Keep track of updates on regulatory and statutory laws on an ongoing basis.
- Establish compliance framework to ensure its continuous effectiveness in all applicable compliances for the clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations for clients for Compliance framework implementations.
- Keep evolving best practices in compliance monitoring system.

**Desired Skills: -**

a. Good verbal & written communication skills

b. Good drafting and report writing skills

c. Good Project management skills

d. Ability to handle teams

e. Experience of compliance software a must.

f. Good hands on knowledge of Labour law, Environmental laws, Property related laws, Secretarial, and other local laws, etc.

g. Ability to independently handle client queries and requirements on daily basis.

i. Focus on Commitment & Excellence

j. Willingness to travel

**Work Timings**:9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Flexi timings apply.

**Weekly Offs & Leaves**:All Sundays and 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off. Standard Leave policies apply.

**Salary**: ₹291,458.94 - ₹640,450.75 per year
