**About the job**:
This high-impact role spearheads our customer acquisition and growth strategies. You'll live and breathe digital marketing, constantly crafting and refining campaigns tailored to our SaaS products. From optimizing paid advertising to leveraging SEO and content marketing, you'll focus on lead generation, conversions, and maximizing revenue. **Your impact**:
As our Growth Marketer, you'll work closely with our dynamic marketing team to:

- **Analyze and act fast**: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, quickly identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and optimize spending.
- **Experiment and scale**: Embrace testing new channels, optimizing landing pages, and scaling successful initiatives to amplify our digital footprint.
- **Collaborate for success**: Team up with sales and other marketing teams to achieve shared goals, ensuring alignment and a seamless customer journey.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Growth mindset**: Previous success in generating leads and driving revenue through digital marketing, ideally with SaaS experience.
- **Analytical expertise**: Mastery of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- **Toolkit mastery**: Solid proficiency with paid advertising tools, marketing automation systems, and SEO tools.
- **SaaS savvy**: Deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies and the unique challenges of our market.
- **Customer focus**: A passion for understanding customer needs and tailoring marketing campaigns that resonate.
