**What You’ll Do**

As a Growth Associate, you’ll support various growth initiatives to help scale the company. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Follow up with leads and maintain outreach records.
- Research and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
- Optimize website and content for search engines to increase visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, presentations, and LinkedIn posts.
- Support video content, vlogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the team to onboard new clients.
- Ensure client communication is smooth and productive.
- Use tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush to analyze campaign performance.
- Provide reports on key metrics and recommend improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Recent graduates with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Canva.
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.

**Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)**:

- Experience with lead generation or CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress.
- Creative skills for graphic design or video editing.
