Job Title: US Process Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized US Process Associate to join our team on the night shift. As a US Process Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our US-based operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
- **Process Transactions**: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Data Entry**: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve process-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of processed transactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals, objectives, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Adherence to Processes**: Adhere to established processes, procedures, and guidelines, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or operations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
