As a Business Operations Associate 3
- Supports intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
- Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process-oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
- Supports the business by answering questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Supports the training of new hires and lower level roles.

**You would be the right if you have**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typically has 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
- Advanced written and verbal skills.
- Strong project management skills & Excellent multi-tasking ability.
- Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
