We specialize in performance-driven creatives, Klaviyo email marketing, Meta ads, and Shopify growth. We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into high-converting, thumb-stopping content. What You’ll Do - Edit short-form videos for ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Reels). - Create scroll-stopping hooks and maintain audience attention. - Add engaging captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics. - Collaborate with our marketing team to translate brand messages into compelling visuals. - Deliver multiple edits weekly, manage feedback, and ensure quick turnaround. - Requirements - 1–3 years of experience editing for e-commerce or DTC brands. - Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and messaging. - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Desktop. - Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines. - Bonus: Experience with UGC or influencer-style editing. - What We Offer - Full-time remote position (5 days/week). - Fast-paced, high-growth agency environment. - Opportunity to work with international brands. - Room to grow into Creative Lead or Ad Director roles.
