  • Lead a team of digital marketing executives & leads in driving thecompany's Revenue and profitability growth.
  • Identify, test and adopt growth marketing hacks using paid & organic acquisition channels to achieve growth & profitability targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Lead and manage the paid marketing ad campaign on Facebook, Google AdWords, TikTok & other ad channels.
  • Lead and manage organic marketing activities such as Content Marketing, E-mail marketing, Lead Generation, and Referral marketing.
  • Identify & manage Influencers on social media such as FB, Youtube, TikTok, etc & partner with them to drive sales growth & brand awareness.

5+ years in managing/leading an organic/paid marketing team of 5+ members.

  • 3+ years of paid marketing experience on FB, Adwords & TikTok.
  • 3+ years of organic marketing experience in SEO, E-mail, Contentmarketing, and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
  • Good in collaborating with Designers on E-mail & ad copies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,045, ₹1,509,662.25 per year
