- Record management: Organizing and maintaining records
- Workflow coordination: Working with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Financial tasks: Processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and creating financial reports
- Project processing: Assisting with project management
- Customer service: Answering phone calls and assisting with customer queries
- Assist in maintaining daily records, files, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in data management.
- Coordinate with other departments for routine operational tasks.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Support the back-office team in routine administrative work.
