- Business Card Design
- Logo Design / Custom Logo Design.

**About the Role**: Managing the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, and developing a strategy that encompasses & aligns with the company’s brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively study design briefs and determine requirements from the stakeholders
- Responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders
- Responsible for developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using different software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts as per brand guidelines for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative to produce the final design
- Responsible for testing graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Required Skills, Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in design, Fine Arts, or certified course in designing with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in graphic designing.
- Proven 3 to 4 years of graphic designing experience
- Strong communication skills - ability to collaborate, assimilate feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, nurture team members and drive multiple projects at a time
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.).
- Proficiency in video & motion graphics and interactive web design elements is an added advantage
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
- Professionalism regarding time and deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
