**Job Title: Graphics Designer**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, catalogues, product manuals, posters, and advertisements.
- **Logo Design**: Develop unique and creative logos aligned with brand identity and client requirements.
- **Creative Concepts**: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement design concepts for promotional campaigns, packaging, and presentations.
- **AutoCAD Support**: Utilize AutoCAD to create technical drawings and visual representations for design projects.
- **Branding**: Ensure consistent branding across all platforms by adhering to design standards and guidelines.
- **Manuals & Catalogues**: Design clear, user-friendly manuals and catalogues that simplify complex information for customers.
- **Digital Design**: Work on digital media campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, and other online visuals.
- **Collaborate**: Partner with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- **Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the best results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- **3 years of experience** in graphic design.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Adobe Photoshop**, and **Adobe Illustrator**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ideas, logo designs, catalogues, and manuals.
- Solid understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Experience in creating both digital and print designs.
- **Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Experience in photography or video editing.
- Familiarity with other design tools like InDesign, CorelDraw, etc.
- Interest in emerging design trends and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to different design styles and project requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
