**Requirements**:_
- Graphics design are areas of his competence for OTT Platforms, short films, web series (Poster/Thumbnails/Creatives) should carry a solid portfolio that demonstrates the designer's proven experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of imaginative posters and thumbnails and the capacity to transform this understanding into visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency with design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- A strong capacity for creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry advancements.
