**Graphic Designer - Job Description**

**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai
**Department**: Marketing
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 20 K to 25 K

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**: Develop visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and digital advertisements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Experience**: 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in [industry, e.g., digital marketing, advertising, etc.].
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital media, and print materials.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Understanding of print production processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
