We are looking for a Creative Graphic & UI/UX Designer who has a holistic approach to design, and has demonstrable work in crafting relevant, consistent and impactful brand content.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for both digital and print media. - Develop on-brand visual elements for marketing collateral, including social media assets, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Craft engaging video graphics and animations for promotional content, social media initiatives, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance video storytelling through aesthetically pleasing graphics.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production, including creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes conducting user research & testing and presenting design concepts to the team for feedback and approval.
- Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality, differentiated and world class content efficiently and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Generate innovative and trendsetting content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
- Produce captivating visuals that resonate with our target audience, thereby contributing to heightened brand awareness.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably within the fashion sector and / or from a creative advertising agency
- Proven track record as a graphic designer with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and video editing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends in both graphic design and the fashion industry.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a discerning eye for aesthetics - Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, or other similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical users.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
