Role Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage document printing, scanning, and basic admin tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to maintain cleanliness and availability of supplies
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are always tidy and presentable
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role (minimum 2-3 years)
- Good communication skills in Marathi, English, Hindi
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (printer, scanner, phone system)
- Organised, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
- A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task smoothly
