**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
- Clear tables between courses and after meals, ensuring the table setting is maintained throughout the dining experience.
- **Table Setup**:

- Set up tables according to the restaurant's standards, including arranging cutlery, napkins, glasses, and other tableware.
- Ensure table settings are clean, complete, and arranged attractively.
- **Food and Beverage Service**:

- Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner, following service standards and safety protocols.
- Assist with the preparation of beverages, including serving water, coffee, tea, and other drinks.
- Ensure that hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper timing.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, sweeping, and organizing the service stations.
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines for handling food, beverages, and utensils.
- Report any broken or damaged equipment to the supervisor or manager.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with guests professionally, responding to their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Address guest concerns and escalate any issues to the captain or manager if needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from guests about their dining experience and relay it to the management team.
- **Assisting with Restaurant Operations**:

- Support other staff members, including waiters and kitchen staff, during peak times to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Assist in restocking the service area with cutlery, glassware, and other essentials.
- Follow closing procedures to ensure the dining area is ready for the next shift or business day.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Steward, Waiter, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings is a plus.

**Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic training in hospitality or food and beverage service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
