Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our calibration service company.
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build relationships with industry associations, trade shows, and other organizations to increase our visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop new service offerings and improve existing services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities and results.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the calibration or technical services industry.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: From ₹12,700.00 per month
