Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a customer-centric and empathetic individual to join our team as a **Customer Care Representative**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics and targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
