Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Administration of Atlassian Tools: Manage Jira and Confluence environments for a large organization (1000+ users, 100+ projects).
- User Support and Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of the Atlassian tools.
- Customization: Experience with customizing workflows, setting up dashboards, and generating reports within Jira and Confluence. Develop and maintain custom workflows and permissions schemes
- Plug-in Management: Install, configure, test, and manage plug-ins.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Comfortable handling ad-hoc technical requests.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration, including configuration, management, and enhancement.
- Experience building, managing and enforcing standards.
- Proficiency in JQL and a deep familiarity with Jira Data Model.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
