**Job Title**: Hindi and English Telecaller (Fresher)

**Location**: PN Palayam, Coimbatore

**Experience Required**: 0-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Provide information about services and products offered by the company.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers with a strong command of Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
