**Job Title**: Telecaller cum Backend Operations Executive (Female)

**Location**: Remote

**Experience**: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in **Hindi** (spoken), **English**, and **Tamil**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Provide excellent customer support and address queries effectively.
- Assist with backend operations, including maintaining records, data entry, and report generation.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with team members and clients.
- Manage daily tasks with efficiency and dedication.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil (written Hindi not required).
- Willingness to be dedicated and committed to the role.
- Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

**Work Schedule**: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
