
Sales Executive

Requirements for a Sales Executive:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction and real estate industry with consultative selling, Familiarity with digital sales tools, social media, and online platforms. Ability to work independently and stay motivated. May require to travel to meet customers, attend conferences, or participate in sales events. Ability to adapt to changing sales environments, customer needs, and market trends. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business goals.
Should have a valid passport and driver's license in India and also willing to travel internationally and conduct sales campaigns abroad.
3. Skills:
1. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and build relationships.
2. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
3. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the product or service being sold.
4. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to build trust and loyalty.
5. Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
8. Networking: Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential customers and partners.
9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
10. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
